This is a nice little carving of a Frog with a peach but what's
underneath I don't know you tell me. It's not Imperial
Jade. If you where to say that Imperial Jade is number one on a sliding
scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being Imperial Jade then it's about number 3.7
This is a very small piece but as they say good things come in small
packages. It is only a midges of I,J, if it where just a very small
amount clearer with just one or two shades up on the scale of green
colour then you would be paying a lot more. The carving is of a simple subject but of a high
quality. The colour & translucence over all are as I say just a little
off Imperial Jade, not far but it's the not far that brings the price
down to this sort of level. |
